Site Just Went Down (HTTP ERROR 500)

    I’m getting this error when I try to load my website and/or editor:

    ‘The mastermixproductions.com page isn’t working
    mastermixproductions.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500′

    I had just installed the plugin ‘TinyMCE Advanced’, so that may be what’s causing the issue, however, I am also getting an error when I try to access anything in WordPress (ex. ‘Error fetching plugins on mastermixproductions.com.’). Can I get some help getting it back online?

    I had just updated some plugins and my website started not resolving so that may be what’s causing the issue, my url is kimberleyvideofunnelsandgraphicservices.com it is not even allowing to go to the dashboard so I could undo update.
    Can I get some help getting it back online?

    There are two different versions of WordPress. These forums only provide support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    If you need support for a self-hosted site using software from WordPress.org, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.

    I’ve tagged this thread with modlook so a member of staff can remove the login details from your post.

    You should change your password once that’s been done.

    @pstnorman7 I’ve removed those details from your above posts, but you should immediately change your login details. These are public forums which are quickly scanned and indexed by search engines.

    @garysixtyeight – thank you for tagging. If you answer such a forum post or come across a forum post where someone has added their email (in a way that the forum software doesn’t redact it), phone number, address or any such type of personal information, including receipt and transaction numbers, please MODLOOK the thread and also add the tag “remove personal info” which I monitor. Thanks for your help!
