Site Keeps Deleting Menu and Jetpack

    Hi

    I hope someone can shed some light on this. The menu keeps disappearing, I have to repeatedly (several times per day) go to customise theme, menu location and point it back to the location. Also JetPack disconnects each time this happens.

    It was fine for years but has been like this for about six months now. I have considered a plug in conflict but haven’t resolved this. Any thoughts?

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
