SITE KEEPS LOADING

    Hi WordPress team,
    I need your help, the my website its keep spinning, it doesn’t load the site, tried clear cache it and use different browser, keep having the same issue, I’m guessing there must be a problem with the site host. Please help us. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Yeah, it’s hard telling since the site isn’t hosted with us here at WordPress.com. Do you happen to remember what you did right before the loading issue came about? Did you install a new plugin, perhaps? I tried the hosting checker and saw that the site is hosted with Bluehost, so I would contact them since they would be best positioned to assist you with the loading issue:

    I also checked out GTMetrix to see if it was pulling up information regarding the loading, and it appears that it may be a cache issue:

    Hopefully, they’ll be able to pinpoint the cause.
