  Hello, I am new to WP and I’m still learning about the interface.
  I am struggling with having to do everything within ‘BLOCKS / COLUMNS’
  I have a very specific way I want my layout to be, mostly on my WELCOME page.
  it’s an image in the center, with TEXT on both sides. I can do this with the Columns, but it’s ‘off balance’ the text ts too far away from image for example.

  My question is this: is there any way I can get text close to the image? I want text on BOTH sides of image. As I tried to explain, the blocks/columns limit what I’m trying to achive with my’not so typical’ layout. Any advise is appreciated.
  Before you ask, this is a FREE version of WP, I want to test the interface before

  To adjust the spacing between the columns, you’ll need to use some CSS code, as there isn’t an option for that in the block’s settings.
