Site Layout and Appearanc Issues

    Hi, I am having problems with the design of my website I would like to have all of my pages spread out across one line however some of the pages have been placed underneath exsiting title pages. The page names “Partners” and “Contact Us” have been positioned underneath other page names and I want them all on one line together. Also how do I create sub titles as with titles such as Premier League for example I will need to have the names of various clubs underneath this. Such as Premier League: Arsenal, Newcastle etc. all underneath the page so users can click on the club they wish to view information on.
