  Hi
  I need to create a wordpress site where some person login and can create and manage their portfolio page.
  Every one of them must see and manage only their page and their media files.
  Is there a plugin that can help me?

  That’s not possible on a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. You need to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.ORG install to do that.
