Hello, and good morning! We have seemed to have ran into an issue with the website, It occured after i installed a plugin, which i presume is safe, but i think i maxxed out the PHP memory limit, And at the same time i am receiving this error,
” The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (500) [-32300] “
It also refers to the possibility of my “jetpack” being out of date?
Due to this mishap i have no access to my admin wp-admin panel, thus i cannot deactivate my plugins, is there anyway you can deactivate it, or roll my website back to one of my backups?
Extra: I have no FTP or PHP log in information set up, so i i think that i might not have any way to access it manually.
I virtually have no idea what to do, and any and all of your assistance will be valued to the fullest extent. I can assure that Haha
