Site locked

I am locked out of my site due to too many attempts to log in. I was able to find the user name and password a few days ago and got in, but now when I try to log in it says it is locked because of too many attempts. I changed the password and used it to request unlock but the message just says locked. So I have gone through the steps you suggested but it is not working. I need to be able to get in to my site ASAP

I am getting 20 of these notifications per day.
A lockdown event has occurred due to too many failed login attempts or invalid username:
Username: admin
IP Address: 178.92.238.248IP Range: 178.92.238.*
Log into your site’s WordPress administration panel to see the duration of the lockout or to unlock the user.
How can I log on if it is locked. My user name 22teeitup shows as being incorrect, but that is in fact the user name.
Why isn’t WordPress helping me?

If you’re talking about tilesealing.com then the lack of help is perhaps because these are the WordPress.com forums and staff here have no access to that WordPress.org site http://www.tilesealing.com which is hosted by Godaddy.
You might have better luck asking Godaddy or in the WordPress.org forums:-
