Site lockout

    I tried to login to my site (monicamayrie.com) three times. While I may have mistyped my password once, I certainly didn’t do it the number of times it took to be locked out. I suspect that the CleanTalk plugin may be the culprit. I signed up to try it and the trial period was over today. I now show a 403 error and can do nothing to rectify it. I want to get my site back and remove the CleanTalk plugin, I am hosted through Hostgator and the IP address listed as the lockout address (in the email you sent) is 68.117.133.50.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
