Site locks while using WordPress

Hello there, I’m experiencing a very weird thing and I’m getting crazy as I cannot solve it. My website jupitermotorcycletravel.com normally works well, but when I access WordPress to improve it, after a few refreshes the website locks, I receive a timeout error message from the server and I can restore it only by restarting my local router. This happens anywhere (by me and in my friends’ houses). I opened tickets with my telephone company and with the web host Siteground, but both say everything on their side is ok. Then I guess it could be an issue with wordpress. Please, help me!
