Site log in fails and no password reset email is sent

  using ipower.club/wp-admin is not working, the name should be mickey, yet it will not work, the email has to be (email visible only to moderators and staff), the back up notification is (email visible only to moderators and staff) yet the pass word is not working. When I ask to reset this, I get no email sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) can you please help?
