  A vendor has been hosting/managing our site, http://www.lauraneuman.com, via WordPress. We are no longer working with that vendor and need to gain access to our website and transfer the billing.

  Hi there:

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access any of your site’s files or backend.

  You would need to contact the vendor that was managing your website to transfer access to your site and, if required, move your site to another hosting provider.
