site login issue
-
I have an issue with me and customers logging into my website.
after entering my username and password I press login, the screen then flashes like it refreshed, then nothing happens.
I was advised to disable litespeed and that fixed the login issue, but then after a while all the font on the website becomes oversized and out of place
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It seems the login issue and the oversized fonts are both caused by the same thing — the LiteSpeed caching plugin. When the plugin is active, it interferes with the login process. But when you disable it, the cache and optimized CSS files it normally handles are removed, so your site loses the styling instructions it depends on. That’s why the fonts and layout look broken when the plugin is turned off.

Hi there @beautysuppliesbylia your above site is using the open source WordPress software hosted on Hostinger. For help with this issue you’ll want to contact the support for the LiteSpeed plugin directly.
Just to clarify, these forums assist siteowners hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. Not sure of the differences? This guide helps explain https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Hey @mehrazmorshed Thanks for the assist. ICYMI we have a detailed guide to volunteering in the WordPress.com community forums that you’ll find useful https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-volunteers/
