Hi,
It looks like you can have your logo displayed just underneath the menu by doing the following:
Your site’s title will be displayed in the header area on your homepage. You can easily replace this text with your own logo or custom image in the Customizer. Go to Customize → Site Identity and upload a new image.
More about the Janice theme setup options can be found here:
https://wordpress.com/theme/janice/setupBecause Janice is a premium theme, you can also ask a question to the theme author in this forum: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/silocreativo/janice/
Getting the logo directly alongside the menu may require Custom CSS, which is part of WordPress.com premium and business plans:

Hi wolskimariedesign,
I’ve written some CSS to move your logo to the left — the menu moves to the right to help things look a bit more balanced in that area. This CSS can be pasted into My Sites > Customise > CSS:
/* Left align logo and right align menu */ @media screen and (min-width:768px) { .site-branding { display: inline; float:left; padding: 20px; width: 300px; } #site-navigation-wrapper { display: inline; float: right; width: calc(100% - 300px); } }The
.site-brandingCSS that is already there will need to be removed because it conflicts with what I’ve shared above.If you need any further help, feel free to reply here or use the email and Live Chat support included in your plan:
