Site losing connection to WP

  Hi,
  My site [redacted by staff] keeps losing connection to the WP server. I have contacted my web development team and they are saying it is the WP and Woocommerce site failing to load. Can you please help??

  You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpresss.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org, [redacted by staff]. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
