  Ourt site went down, and I tried to log on and getting 530 Error message.
  When I log onto wordpress directly says we have no site? Our x-CTO is no longer active. What happened? I am getting a message from someone called, Cloudflare saying we are backup protected. Please advise.

  There are 2 versions of WordPress. What we do at WordPress.com is quite different from using the WordPress installation and a hosting provider like you’re site is using.

  The domain name servers are pointing to Cloud Flare now. Have you been in touch with them about this?
