  2. Note that I would like to remove the site menu and the logo on a single product page

  These might require some custom CSS code on your site. The support for this is provided by the theme developers. As you’re using the Storefront theme, please post on the Storefront support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/storefront/
