Site merge?

Hello!
I think I screwed up, and I tried to change the name of the URL for my site and now it looks like I have two separate sites… I hoped you might be able to help me. I wanted the site address for rungirlsf & letsgetfitsf to be merged into one website. Right now, rungirlsf just has one post and I meant to add this and keep going with the letsgetfitsf site (just changing the name). I am so sorry! Thank you in advance for any guidance :)

You can export content our of one site and import it into the other site.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.
Dashboard > Tools > Export
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=export-choices
*You will have to replace NAME_OF_BLOG with the actual name of your blog in that URL.
Dashboard > Tools > Import
http://NAME_OF_BLOG/wp-admin/import.php*You will have to replace NAME_OF_BLOG with the actual name of your blog in that URL.

After you have successfully accomplished the export and import of content into the blog you want to keep you can delete the other one.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site go to
https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-ite/NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/
and click the “Delete Site” button.
* You must replace “NAME_OF_BLOG” in the URL above with the actual name of the blog in question.
