is it possible for me to make a backup of my site, download it and then move it to 3rd party hosting? what about for paid wordpress sites, can they be migrated to 3rd party hosting? I have found a provider that will supply shopping carts, ebook store and monetization for a very small fee and would like to know if I can migrate a site. thank you.
