Site migration issue (?)

Please help. Last Friday I tried migrating my new WordPress theme to my Network Solutions domain name, because my website was showing up as http://www.manta-media.com/wordpress1 instead of http://www.manta-media.com. I followed all the instructions exactly and know it can take up to 48 hours to transfer but now it’s 4 days later and my website AND my wordpress login says: Internal Server Error and also 500 Internal Server Error. I’m really worried that all my WordPress content might have been lost and no idea how I can sort this out – what can I do? I rely upon this website for freelance work and clients look at it daily to see examples of my work, so I need to fix this urgently.

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
