Site migration stuck for 3 days

    Hello

    I migrated my self-host WordPress site to wordpress.com business using the ‘Move to wordpress.com’ plugin.

    However, the progress has been stuck for 3 days, and my wordpress.com blog status stuck at ‘Installing’ until now.

    How to solve this problem? Is it possible to restart the migration process rather than waiting for 3 days and nothing happened?

    I already contacted support several times but no reply yet.

    Hey there,

    It looks like you were able to complete the site migration using Migrate Guru. This broke the site’s Jetpack connection which I was able to repair.

    Your site should be all set! Please take a look and let us know if you run into any additional issues.

    Yes, my site winpoin.com is already live and successfully connected with Jetpack. Everything works as expected. Thank you so much for your help.

    Recently, I migrated my other site (macpoin.com) to WordPress Business Plan and got the same problem. Can you help me to fix that, too?

    However, it appears that we helped you in email sometime after you posted this, and I can confirm the Jetpack connection on your site is in good standing. Are you having issues with accessing your hosting configuration or wp-admin settings?
