Site migration stuck, no support for 3 days

  Hello

  I Migrate my self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com business using “move to wordpress.com” plugin. The migration progress has been stuck for 3 days and can’t be restarted. My WordPress.com site also stuck in “installing” status.

  How to solve this?

  I already contacted support several times in the past 3 days, but no response yet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
