Site migration with followers

  Hi,

  I recently migrated my site from wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress.org. However I have noticed that this did not transfer any of my followers.

  I would like to know how i can transfer my followers to my self hosted site or if you are able to do this for me.

  Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

  Also, I don’t see a site connected through Jetpack to your WordPress.com account, so can you let me know both the sites you’re referring to?
