Site missing

  I am missing my site and not able to use publicize feature. my site is primarytelecare.com. Its WP site hosted by bluehost. Username for my WP site is erikagreen, username for my wp account is erikagreen2014, unable to change username for wp site, unable to change username for wp account to erikagreen, already exist. When trying to access wp account erikagreen, it says it has been deleted and recovery only works with numbers I don’t have. I don’t believe I ever had a wp account with username erikagreen. how to connect my wp site to the wp account so that I can use publicizze?
