  Hi
  I purchased a website template and started creating a site. Now my WordPress profile says all of this is missing.
  How cn I restore what I have lost? It states I did not purchase any wordpress products in my profile

  I guess your site is connected to another account of yours or your website is in now ay related to the wordpress.com platform.
