Hi Daniel,
I understand that you’re experiencing difficulty with your WordPress site access and it can definitely be a frustrating experience. However, your site, as you have mentioned, is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s hosted elsewhere using the open-source version of WordPress, often referred to as WordPress.org.
Our ability to investigate and solve issues is unfortunately bound to websites that are hosted directly through us. This is one major benefit of WordPress.com’s managed hosting services. With WordPress.com managed hosting, we take care of all the technical aspects of running a site, leaving you free to focus on creating and sharing great content. You can find out more about this here: https://wordpress.com/hosting.
However, there is a way to bring your site over to our side. If you’re interested, we provide a handy Migration Plugin that makes it easy to move your site to WordPress.com. If you decide to switch, you’ll gain access to our specialized support.
Use the Move to WordPress.com plugin to migrate a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com. Follow the steps in this guide to import your site (including your content, media, plugins, and theme) directly from your wp-admin dashboard.
