Site mixed up?

Somehow I seem to have mixed my account up.
I have a continuing purchase of domain, email address and site etc as (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Yet when I go to my site it says my Plan was purchased under another account and I can’t seem to regain control of what I have.
Can you advise/help please? -

I have been into My Account but my purchases don’t appear there, yet I have a G-suite auto renewal receipt from WordPress dated Nov 2020?
The renewal and the previous year’s renewal went to my hotmail email which, I if I recall correctly, I initially used to set the WP account up.
But the site seems to refer to my Gmail account (which was a by product of the site set up and G-Suite) and my domain email @porlus-maelstrom.com)
How do I re-align the site, to the payments and the correct registered address?The link you kindly provided doesn’t seem to cover this scenario?

Have you been able to send a password reset with this address, and log in?
A password reset can be sent here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

It sounds like there might be some confusion over account usage – I would recommend logging out of this account and trying the steps above.
