Site moved to self-hosted, cannot see subscribers
-
Yesterday we moved to self-hosting. We changed the nameservers. The URL is http://eda-frandsen.co.uk
We activated Jetpack for a smooth migration.
Please could you move our subscribers for us? We have tried via the migration tool but with the URL being the same it is not giving us the option to switch sites.
Many thanks.
Melissa

Hi Melissa,
I checked your self-hosted site, and it looks like Jetpack may not be fully activated and connected to WordPress.com yet. Can you please make sure you’ve gone through each of the steps in the Installing Jetpack guide?
Once that’s done and your self-hosted site is successfully connected, I’ll be able to move your subscribers over for you. :)

Hello
Sorry we thought we were connected. We have deactivated the plugin and reactivated. We have reconnected to WordPress.com
Thanks

Hello
We can confirm that we are now connected correctly. Please would you be able to move our subscribers?
Thank you very much.

Sorry for the delay! I’ve moved your subscribers. They can be found here:

Let me know if you need anything else!

Hello we logged in at the link you gave us with our wordpress.com user details but we can’t see our subsribers. We wanted our subscribers moved from our wordpress.com site to our wordpress.org site.
The URLs are the same. Maybe the old WordPress.com site needs to be changed back to point at its original URL? I think you would need to do that.
Please advise.
Thanks.
Thanks

Sorry! I messed up the URL in my previous post. Your subscribers can be seen here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=84094556&blog_subscribers&unit=1
Those subscribers are attached to your WordPress.org site (eda-frandsen.co.uk).
