Site Mysteriously Down, Help Pls!

Hello! Hope you’re well. I’m seeking help — I have had the website Katroman.com for the past 30 or so years at least hosted (if not also holder of the domain) by WordPress. I’ve been making updates and changes to my site, when I went to review it yesterday I saw it was no longer findable and open to be bought. My site is super critical to my business, so I’m focused on resolving ASAP. When I try to login, I’m confronted with a CPanel page I’m unfamiliar with, as opposed to a WordPress login. I’m looking to learn as much information about my page as possible, where it’s hosted, why it’s down, etc. Can you kindly help resolve as soon as possible? Know you’re busy! Thank you always for your time and energy.

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host katroman.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

The Move to WordPress.com plugin allows you to start migrating a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com directly from the self-hosted site. Prerequisites The Move to WordPress.com plugin installed on your self-hosted WordPress site. Jetpack version 7.9 or higher activated on the self-hosted site.
