  Hi. I have the free version, but I want to do the upgrade which I see as $48 per year. I think this will take ads off my site. Is that the only difference? But it’s offering me my site name ‘naturalbeautymama’ BUT I already own naturalbeautymama domain name from godaddy, and bring it over with forwarding…. so is that still ok? will I mess anything up?
  will anything else change if I do this upgrade?
  will my old links with the .wordpress extention still work? Because I have a lot out there on groups and pages

  It gives you several perks that a free site doesn’t have: domain connection, ad removal, extra space, the ability to upload videos, and the option to create premium content and collect payments.

  Plus, the domain connection will likely work better than your forwarder.

  And your old links will work great; they’ll just forward along to the new address.

  I’m not very tech savvy so once I upgrade, what do I have to do about the name? since I do have it forwarded from godaddy..

  You can either connect or transfer the domain.

  It’s worth noting that you can transfer your domain for free with a plan upgrade, and this extends its expiry by a year.
