Hi there,
I may disappoint you but once you delete your site, it can’t be undone. Deletion of site is permanent and you can’t recover the domain name you had before.
Read the document link below:

Yes, it does. Thank you very much. It
s a little bit sad, but ill make something new.Thank you very much

It seems like if you were the original owner/creator, you should be able to use it again. I am trying to use a domain name that I created and deleted a few years ago. Is there anyone that has access to WordPress technical support for this type of question? I am sure there are many more than just two of us that have this kind of issue.

Any answer from Staff will be identical to what is clearly stated in the relevant support doc linked to above https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
Be aware that deleting a URL is intended to be a permanent act and that is why warnings are given that one has to ignore to delete a site.
Deleted wordpress.COM blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.
For Issues Changing your Email Address see https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/#issues-changing-your-email-address
If you cannot locate an activation or confirmation email check your email client spam filter please and if you use Gmail or a or G Suite account see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
You can register another URL. See: Adding a New Site or Blog to an Existing Account https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account
Also know that it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
