Hi there,
I can see that you have changed your site address from nikonmakeup.wordpress.com to pixelperfectioniststudio.wordpress.com but I’m not sure I understand how GoDaddy would be involved.
You are trying to use a domain you have with GoDaddy so that you have a custom site address without “wordpress.com” in it?
It is possible to do this (connect an outside domain) but it is not possible on free sites we offer. To set up this connection correctly you will want to add a “domain connection” as explained here:
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

no, i was trying to forward my domain i have with go daddy to my WordPress web page. It worked until I changed my WordPress site name, not it still is trying to re-direct it to the old name even though it does not exist

Ok, we have two ways you can use a domain you own elsewhere with a site here at WordPress.com:
Domain Connection allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
