  website navigation suddenly messed up. whenever i navigate my menu sections it says page cannot be found

  I am using the confit theme. I never had a problem before. Now, I cannot navigate my site. All sections apart from pages cannot be seen. Please help me as soon as possible. I really need my site back.

  hello Shawn. My site navigation messed up before. It got fixed without me doing anything. Now it messed up again. And from 120 views yesterday, and a consistent high number of views these days. I got 8 views today. I am seriously bothered.

  Hello Jackie and Shawn. Thanks for the help last time, apparently, its down again for the third time right now? I already cleared my cache twice. Is there anything I can do to avoid this thing from happening?

  I looked into this for you, and apparently the issue stems from how you’re using the theme.

  While it may work temporarily the way you have it, you’re not using the theme properly and so over time the navigation is going to break. In order to make that theme function properly, you will need to make everything under Food Menus into their own proper page, and then build the navigation from that. Otherwise you will continue to run into this issue.

  Note that for this particular theme (which was built for restaurants with food menus) there’s a difference between a menu item (for food) and a menu as in website menu.

  Thanks a lot for the help.

  I appreciate it while I believe I have been using the theme correctly.

  I place each menu item under a menu section.

  Then I let the menu section appear in the primary menu.

  The problem is that the way you’re doing it, with the food menus, the navigation is breaking. I checked with the theme staff and they were the ones to recommend that you rebuild your menu items as individual pages so that your navigation will work properly in the future.
