Site ne fonctionne pas d’une connexion française

Bonjour,
Depuis hier j’ai un soucis très particulier.Mon site ne fonctionne pas d’une connexion internet française ‘classique’. J’ai essayé de chez moi, mon voisin, mes amis ont essayé de chez eux et cela ne fonctionne pas. Message d’erreur ‘site inaccessible ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED’.
Par contre, le site fonctionne parfaitement avec mon téléphone sur 4g/5g, il fonctionne de l’étranger, aucun problème également quand j’utilise un VPN (et cela même avec une connexion IP française).
Je ne sais absolument pas quoi faire et j’ai grand besoin d’aide SVP!!!
