Site no longer exists

  Hi. The above website existed until Tuesday, when it disappeared and was replaced with this error message:
  This page isn’t working
  http://www.psad-easd.eu is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500
  Reload
  I’ve tried ‘reload’ but nothing happens.
  Any ideas?

  Correct account: Unknown

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  The WordPress.org forums are a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

  However, you should reach out to your hosting provider for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.

  Thank you for clarifying.
  I appreciate now that the site is hosted by GoDaddy.
  However, at the moment, I can’t even access the site to edit anything.
  I would have thought I would be able to do that via WordPress.
  Any ideas?

  I would recommend accessing your site files to look for error logs, if any files recently changed, did you recently activate/install any plugins or new theme?

  This forum is for the support of WordPress.com not the open source version. You should post on WordPress.org https://wordpress.org/support/forum/ they can help you.

  Also, consider opening a support ticket with GoDaddy they should be able to help you get this sorted.
