site no longer point to Cloudflare

    i received an email stating ‘name servers for thephocas.com no longer point to Cloudflare’ . I used cloudflare through wordpress and now i cant access my wpadmin. I dont know what’s going on.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear of the issues you’ve faced there. Can you confirm the URL of the site you need help with please?

    The main reason being is that if this is a self-hosted site, you may need to contact the hosting provider to make sure that the domain settings are configured to point to their servers, if your changing things away from Cloudflare.
