Site not accessable

  I am getting an error that says ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ I don’t know what that means, but since I cannot log on, I cannot fix it.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host box2027.temp.domains/~donwenge/ on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  In this case Bluehost automatically adds a plugin to your site called “Jetpack” and this plugin is what connects your Bluehost site to the account you have here.

  However, I can see that no site loads at box2027.temp.domains/~donwenge/ and for this reason we are no longer able to connect.

  The good news is that help is available through Bluehost directly. They should be able to assist you with getting the site online again, and once it is successfully online Jetpack should be able to reconnect automatically.
