Site not appearing on google

  My blog (joshonline247.home.blog) is having some problems. I can’t get views from any other sources apart from social networks. Even WordPress reader and my WordPress subscribers. I think my site doesn’t reach them besides the fact that I have added more blogs. What could be the error and how can I fix this?
