Site not available and login not available after domain transfer

Hello, last week, we transferred our domain from name.com to rackspace (http://coderedd.org/) Now, we cannot log into our wordpress or access our site. Does anyone know why and have any fixes or instructions? I believe it is due to us not manually uploading DNS records… can we just look at historic records since we never exported them/copied them and then add to rackspace? Thanks!

I took a look at the site you mentioned and noticed it’s not hosted on WordPress.com, and the domain isn’t registered here either.
In this case, I recommend reaching out to your current hosting provider—they should be able to assist you with this.

That forum is a great place for sites like yours that use the WordPress software but aren’t hosted on WordPress.com.
