Site not displaying at correct width

  I hope someone can help. I tried uploading a post directly from word and whether it’s coincidence or not, the site will not display correctly now and appears squashed and tiny in the middle of the screen. I’ve deleted the last post, changed theme but with no effect.
  It’s driving me nuts.
