Site not generating emails on mobile devises.

    on our donate now page it should generate an email to inform us someone wants to donate via Venmo. If this is done on a desktop it works fine but if it is done on a mobile device, no email is created and the person donating dose not know this. We are on day 16 an have no clue how many donation attempts have been made that we are unaware of. How do we fix this ASAP. and is there a way to see the information that was suppose to be sent via email?

    It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
