How can a find my site and get it hosted…. not even sure if its a blog or a site. Aso does the url need the “.wordpress.com?”

I can’t locate my site on your platform? this has been going on for a couple weeks. I need to get this up and running. They said yesterday that they would repopopulate the site and get it going. What do I need to do to make that happen?

I have been trying for weeks to get my site up and running… but I’m stuck. The site was built awhile back and i assumed that it was working…. but found out it wasn’t. Please help I’ve been chatting for days with no info on what’s happening. No one has yet to fix it. please…..everyone is saying that I’m on another platform. but I’m almost positive it workdpress because I saw the template that I used to begin working on my site… Please someone help. thank you.

I’ve merged your various posts in one place to avoid any confusion. In the future it will be helpful if you can keep your replies to this single thread.
Regarding the site mmoringdesign.com, we can’t help directly because we don’t host it on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and to offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at GoDaddy, for example) which offers the best performance possible.
Because of this we don’t offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for further assistance. They are in the best position to help. Thanks!
