  hi all

  We have a website set up & i have administrator permissions and we are trying to change the credit card associated with this site. However there is not the ‘profile’ with ‘purchases’ tab on this site.

  I do not know how to access the profile for this website (tried the admin email address & says there is no WordPress account??)

  very confused and unsure how to fix this problem. Thanks

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. So first things first: what is the URL of that site?
