Site not linked to email

  Hello,
  I am trying to log in to the admin for my site. I used to log in using the link: ameliastein.net/wp-admin but this is not working. When I try to log in via wordpress, my site is not linked to my email (I have received emails about this site to my email before). Can you please help? Many thanks.
