Site not listing in Wordads

Hi team, I want to apply for WordAds, However, upon applying the portal is unable to list my site despite it being connected with jetpack and wordpress.com.
The message it is displaying – We were unable to determine which public blogs you own. If you would like to create a new blog, please Sign up for one.
Can you please let me know how to proceed further.
