  Hi, my website is not working. It was working before and the name servers are all set to default. What is the problem? Thanks.

  Try clearing your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Also make sure you are running a browser version found here http://browsehappy.com or upgrade.

  Thanks. The website uses wordpress nameservers and the https was working before and now it doesn’t.

  Hey there,

  HTTPS is currently not supported on WordPress.com for custom domain names.

  When you visited your site in the past, did you type out the full URL every time, including the ‘https’ part? Or do you usually use a link or bookmark to access your site?
