site not loading

Website not loading – I had several customers call today to tell me my website will not load. I can see my admin page, but can’t get site to load on any computer, phone or Ipad.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So are we, and not sure if we are doing something wrong as we’ve created a site and posted a blog along with a photo plus changed the ‘about’ page. Our site is johnalisonlejog2013 WordPress .com

Unfortunately, I am having the same problem. Others can view my site with no problem – but I cannot see the photos and the fonts are all messed up (i.e., there is no theme – mine is Chunk). It’s a problem on all of my devices: iPad, MacBook Air, iPhone and PC. This is going to be a real issue. Please help!
My other WP site, http://www.virtualveganpotluck.com looks just fine.

Oh – and interestingly, many of the blogs I follow are WP blogs. When I visit those sites, they look funky as well – screwed up just like mine.

First of all I think I need to clarify the some of the sites you are talking about like virtual vegan pot luck and mtsofga aren’t actually wordpress.COM sites, they are wordpress.ORG sites, so ‘Musictheraphyatl’ I think you are in the wrong place (I apologise if I’m wrong, but I can’t see your site to confirm that, and yours is the only one not working) and really need to head over to the relevant forum http://wordpress.org/support
As for all the other blogs, I see no issue with them. So if you are still seeing things strangely it may be a browser issue.
If you really think your blog has been hacked, I suggest you change your passwords of your wordpress account and your email account. And maybe consider 2-step verification: http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication

Has domain mapping to a WordPress.COM site at one time – however the name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM – you seem to be on some sort of Yahoo hosting – is that what you want to do?

Did a whois on the name – then looked to see if there was Domain Mapping active – the Mapping is not always 100% and whois can have some caching issues also

I am unable to log into WordPress.org. It says I don’t have a site there. I am still tied to yahoo for email. That is the reason for the site mapping. (Would love to resolve is, but that’s secondary to this forum)
I read an article about WordPress sites being hacked, changed my passwords and site disappeared three days later. I CAN log into my admin page…. Is there anything I can do from there?

These reports refer to self-hosted sites: they don’t apply to wordpress.COM sites.

Auxclass is the specialist on domain issues. Since I cannot see the site I cannot tell where you belong: I only made a clarification, for the sake of wordpress.com users who might be unnecessarily alarmed.

Thought I’d chime back in here. My problem is different from what is being described here. One of my sites (Virtual Vegan Potluck) is a wordpress.ORG site and there is NO problem with that one. It’s my wordpress.COM (An Unrefined Vegan) site that is totally screwed up.
The theme (Chunk) is gone (at least from my end) so I just have the kind of website someone might create as their very first one…basic and well, ugly. My photos aren’t loading and worse, I’m unable to do anything – create a post, edit, write; I can’t even change the password. The weird thing is, the site looks fine to everyone else. I had a friend log in to my site and all was normal.
Also – on all four of my devices (MacBook Air, PC, iPhone and iPad), my wordpress.com site looks bad AND ALL OTHER wordpress sites (other blogs that I read) I look at also seem screwed up.
I’m dead in the water. Need help!

Okay – Yahoo has confirmed everything is good at their end. Content of my site is fine on my admin page BUT NOT LOADING ON THE WEB.
I need help. How can I get help from WordPress?

@musictherapyatl – WordPress.ORG is the keeper of the WordPress software and provides support for WordPress.ORG installs – .ORG does not host any sites – you need to open an account there to post in the support forum – their account is not the same as at WordPress.COM or your blog

http://anunrefinedvegan.com/ – loads like a pig – way too much on the front page – try the More Tag on the later posts – looks fine to me – bad looking sites for only you can be an ISP issue

I JUST solved the problem… needed to change the Gateway IP address.
