  Hi, for some reason, my website hasn’t been loading? Thank you.

  Are you speaking of https://farrahdingal.wordpress.com/? The site loads fine for me.

  Please check if clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or using a different internet connection makes any difference on your end.

  That’s helpful! It’s odd though… it loads on the app. But not on Safari or Firefox? And when I click on the link on LinkedIn or Twitter or through email, it isn’t loading. What can I do?

  Specifically, what is the URL of the link you’re clicking?

  The exact words of this very by browser, but you can right-click the link and choose something like “Copy Link.”

  I don’t know what’s happening with that. It isn’t working when I open it from email, twitter, and instagram. Sometimes it wouldn’t even load while I’m on wordpress!

  I assume your computer and your phone where you’re using the mobile app are using different internet connections, correct?

  If so, this could be a problem with your local network, or with the ISP that provides the internet you’re using on your computer. Flush your computer’s DNS cache (you’ll find the steps in the Help documentation for whatever version of Windows/MacOS you’re using), and unplug your router/modem for a few seconds before restarting it.

  If that makes no difference, try using a different internet connection if possible, for example, free wifi at a library or coffee shop. If you can load the site on a different internet connection, it confirms the problem is at your ISP, so you can contact them directly to check into it from their end in that case.

  I’m using the same connection on my computer, laptop, and phone. Sometimes, even when I’m on mobile data, it still will not load. But sometimes it does?

  I do remember adding some code somewhere from google console management? I don’t recall how I went about doing that but do you think that could have messed with the website? I mean, I can find my website on Google now… but my site problems started shortly after that.

  The problem started sometime between July through October when I was still in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It would load sometimes but not always. Thereafter, when I moved to the Philippines, it wouldn’t even load at all. That said, as of January 23, it’s been loading in the three separate times I’ve checked. I don’t know what happened there and why it changed, but I will let you know if I ever figure it out.
