Site not loading

I am having issues viewing my site from my browser or by clicking ‘Visit Site’ from the Dashboard. I have confirmed that the site is working properly and it just seems to be with my browser. To fix, I have to clear my site caches and the site will load properly but I have to do this nearly every time that I want to visit. Is there anything else that I can do?
My theme is Virtue by Kadence.

That sounds like an odd issue – when clicking View Site, what are you seeing exactly?
Please note that trailheadtraveler.com is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This means the support is limited for the site.

When clicking View Site, it doesn’t pull anything up. The site URL appears as if it is trying to load but the page does not. Just a blank screen until I clear the site caches. It had never been an issue before recently.

What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

I am using Chrome. Same thing happens on other browsers. I can try disabling the extensions to see if that helps. It is odd that it all of a sudden has started doing this.

Are you using ad blockers out of curiosity?

The only extension that I had was ‘Google Docs Offline’. I disabled it and it did not help. No ad blockers either. Still having issues with the site not loading unless I clear caches.

It’s difficult for us to help directly because we don’t host trailheadtraveler.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site than we have done so far. We’ve shared some basic troubleshooting options, but it sounds like your issue may need deeper investigation than we are able to provide.
Your host (A2 Web Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com, which may explain why our troubleshooting is not helping here. Specifically, we don’t offer the Virtue theme on WordPress.com so we are not familiar with it or if it is an issue in this case.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums, which is the version that A2 uses on their hosting accounts: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. I would recommend you ask their assistance in performing a plugin/theme conflict test, as it may be the case that deactivating one of your plugins will cause the issue to go away. This would allow you to narrow down to you where the culprit may lie so your functionality can be restored.
