    what has changed that my site isn’t loading on other computers.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us a little more about what you are trying to set up? I see that you created a new site on your account recently (mmoringdesigncom.wordpress.com) and upgraded that site recently to our Business Plan and connected the custom domain mmoringdesign.com

    To clarify, do you have an existing site with another provider that you are trying to migrate to be on WordPress.com under our Business Plan? Connecting your domain does not move your site contents (that is handled in a separate step) and we’re happy to take a closer look and get things sorted out again.
